"We stopped in the store today to purchase supplies as we were participating in the tour of Idaho and had to stop due to dangerous heat exposure. We only had our dirt bikes and clothes off of our backs and we needed to buy a ramp and straps so that we could get our bikes loaded into a rental truck so we could continue on our adventure. We didn’t have the ability to carry a ramp on our bikes and get it over to UHaul, and without even asking Brian at the sales counter offered to follow us and deliver the Purchased items!! He went above and beyond and took a load of stress off of us with such a simple but so appreciated gesture!! Best customer service ever! Then he even gave us recommendations on where to ride in Idaho! Thanks Brian!!"

During my Tour of Idaho ride they let me work on my bike in their parking lot, lent me some tools, gave me some 'top-off' motor oil and cleaned my filter sock.
